Banquet dinner & party:

As mentioned earlier, Stavanger is a Scandinavian gastronomic metropolis. Wednesday evening we want to give you a taste of the capabilities of our leading chefs through a dining concept that we have named “Blind Dining”. We meet at 19.00 PM for cocktails at Hall Toll (marked as A on the attached map). It is very important that you wear your name tag this evening. After the “Blind Dining” we meet again at Hall Toll for an after party with both live music and DJ. Dress code: smart casual. Please note that this dinner is only for participants that have registered and paid for this specific event. More than 600 delegates have already signed up, but we are able to welcome a few more – please book directly with Stavanger Forum:

Do not miss out on the “chic’est chick party” that the poultry industry has ever seen! This event is sponsored by Biomin.

Luggage at Stavanger Forum Thursday 26th:

A room will be made available in Stavanger Forum, to store luggage during the conference on Thursday the 26th. One of our volunteers will be in the room at all times, but you still leave the luggage in this room on your own risk.

Friday 27th at 08.30AM, the buses depart from our pick up point in the city center (outside Radisson Blu Atlantic Hotel) and then go via Stavanger Forum (the Conference Centre).

The technical tours are now fully booked and with waiting lists. Hence if you are booked on the trip but realize you for some reason will not be able to join, we would greatly appreciate if you let Stavanger Forum know as soon as possible:

If you depart Stavanger on Friday evening you should check out of the hotel in the morning and bring your luggage on the tour, as the busses will pass by the airport at 16.30 before they head back to the city center for those of you staying longer in Stavanger.
